I've been agonising for a while now about whether to go for the Sigma 120-400mm or 150-500mm zoom lenses to pair with my Nikon D5000 - there's no way I can run to anything similar in the Nikon range

Finally found the 150-500 at Onestopdigital at the best price, delivered from Hong Kong. I was a little worried at spending so much at such a distance, but read the reviews and thought I'd take a punt

I really shouldn't have worried - it arrived within 4 days of ordering, with full updates on the DHL website of where it was at all stages. I can't speak highly enough of them

Anyway, here are a few pics to demonstrate how it performs, all taken hand held........

Time will tell how my arm will stand up to a full airshow shoot next summer, and how it will cope with movement etc, but so far I have to say that I'm pretty pleased with the results
