stuck headlamp washers

The headlamp washers on my Fabia have stuck out and are no longer flush. Does anyone know if they are broken or just frozen in the out position?

I was wondering if this could happen. I keep wanting to wash my screen but im sacred that the washers would get stuck in the out position. Won't give it a try now. Tried using some warm water to see if that clears the ice (if there is any??)

They are just frozen, its a common problem.

Plenty of warm water should do the trick, and remember to only wash your windscreen when your lights are off!

Mine have done this. Don't worry they will go back in as soon as they warm up a bit. It did blow the fuse for them once though.
