Not sure that he means that you can order them ready-painted. I doubt it TBH. I think all he meant was that all FL cars have them colour coded as standard. You can probably order them primed, but you still need to paint them. :S

Did you put the chrome strip on the bumper grill yourself, looks cool

Had to look at the photo again! The went outside and looked at the car! It does look like a chrome strip doesn't it. In fact it's the sun glinting off the front edge of the black insert.

The rubbing strips were red as standard.

Well after driving round in the snow for the last week or so, i have to say, it's very easy to drive, the DSG changes upto 2nd as soon as you start to move and there has been no trouble with traction with a light right foot. I'm running on std tyres aswell.
