My Fabia VRS MY56 has just gone over 56,000 miles and the Service Spanner has appeared on the dash, Question is what needs doing at this time, Oil, Filter ?????

60K/4 year service is a biggie, so in addition to standard service you'll need a brake fluid change and cambelt.

Better start saving then, bet it will be a few hundred quid, Non Dealer going Independant

Hi All, I’ve tried everything I can and now turn to here for advice I have a 2009 Skoda fabia 5 door hatchback where the electric driver window doesn’t work - only front electric windows The situation is: The driver button doesn’t lower the window Driver button lowers passenger window ok Passenger button lowers passenger fine Window lowers and raises no problem when I insert the key in the driver door Found some broken wires in the door bellows - which I’ve now repaired. Octy 2 1.4TSI ESTATE CAXA Quite uncertain where to enter this question. The keyfob#1 has started to cause serious problems with the car alarm system. So far keyfob#2 is working with no problem. Car alarm starting randomly and only disconnecting the battery helped. Yesterday the alarm kept sounding/flashing even when the engine was running - undrivable. Is there a home cure whereby I can remap/reset the key fob? My very helpful auto sparks is unable to help

Hi, i now have a Kodiac IV hybrid as my company car, 5 weeks old and already 5500 miles, so getting lots of use. Couple of things i have concerns about. The brakes don't seem to be up to the job, i thought it might be because they were new and would bed in, but sometimes i really have to stand on the pedal to get it to stop, i doubt weather they are strong enough to bring any form of anti lock into operation, and secondly, several times now i haven't been able to refuel, the pump nozzle clicks o
