Advice needed: what to look when buying used Octavia

I found one used 2005 Octavia Ambiente, mileage 98,000 km, 1.9 TDI PD. Climatic, no front fog lights, no cruise control, no parking sensors, all 4 el. windows, no jumbo box, no alloy wheels.

Serviced on time.

What might be the signs of poor maintenance, what should I be aware of, what should I look for in order to check if this is a good deal?

The price is fair enough.
