Any good?

I'm happy so far but just bought it before Christmas :)

I've often found the best method of obtaining the best bang for your buck with electronics is to check out the newest released bestest shiniest model, then investigate which model it replaced. The older model is likely to have 90% of the features of the new model, but be just that bit bigger or have a few less pixels etc.

The older model will be heavily discounted on the internet as well. i recently did this with a Sony DSC V1 digital camera. The DSC V3 had been out a while and Dabs.com had the V1 up for a discount so it found it's way into my house. It's basically the same camera but with 3 or 4 features less and a lot cheaper.

It takes a lot of research, try putting "digital camcorder reviews" into Google and you can browse sites with customer reviews of different camcorders to help you decide.

dealtime.co.uk is a good site for finding cheap electronics on't t'internet.
