Anyone heard of Rockstone tyres ? May be able to get hold of 4 Rockstone S210 Winter tyres for my Scout.

They are about £90 each plus the VAT fitted. 225 55 17.

I cant seem to find much info on the Internet and don’t want to waste my money.

Can't see anything on Tyre Reviews and I've not heard of them myself.

Plus will 225/55/17 be correct? Doesn't sound the right profile, but not sure what the Scout's capable of running.

225/50/17 is the right size, and that's too large for a winter tire anyway. 16" will be much better. For that kind of money you should get a better brand of tires.

I was hunting around for some for my Scout too. Found the Rockstones on an Ebay shop in Scout size for 510 quid for 4 fitted.

Having done some digging Rockstone are manufactured by yongsheng, and most of their range appear to be truck and bus tyres. No idea what they may be like

For that kind of money you should get a better brand of tires.

Not in UK at the moment!!! They have increased the prices of winter tyres by at least 100% in the last month!!

But you don't want to be driving Chinese winter tires!!!! Better the cheapest cr*py brand tires then these.

i got this size on ours and they work just fine
