Something I noticed was that the lights went ok after you turned off the parking light switch, when you turned off the interior dash lights

Looks screwed. Get your friend Mr Warranty to have a look.

The climatronic panel flashed on my fabia when there was low gas pressure because it was leaking from a faulty valve, you might have a leak.

On second thoughts, it looks screwed.
