Hi all, my CEL light has come on and I get the following error show up on VAGcom:

1 Fault Found:

17535 - Fuel Trim: Bank 1 (Mult): System too Rich

P1127 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent

Any suggestions on what it could be? I've cleared it once but it came back.

I replaced the MAF about 11 months ago and doing a block measurement on 003 gives normal looking readings.

What turned out to be the cause of your leaks in the end? Is there a simple way to troubleshoot (e.g. follow piping from the airbox or turbo etc.)?

In my case my aftermarket TIP wasn't fitted properly (by me) and had popped off the turbo.

I just followed the pipe work and tightened them all up and I'm assuming 1 must have been loose as it cured it

Thanks again all of you - I'll give it a thorough check over the weekend. I have an unfounded theory that it's related to the extreme cold we've had recently, maybe it's caused a pipe to shrink and slide off slightly or something like that...
