I'm toying with the idea of putting 220 next to the vRS logo on the back of my car, 'vRS 220' or whatever, kind of want people to look and think it's a standard car or they really did do a PD220.

I'm thinking taking the 2.0 badge off an A4 or whatever and making 220. Anyone done anything like this before?

Is it gay?

Whatever floats you boat buddy,

I think it's a bit gay.....

as above i just like the sleeper look fabia vrs is enough for me funny watching peoples faces drop when they try and cut you up and youve got the torque to match them stride for stride

can tell there thinking 'its only a skoda' :giggle:

i like the subtle look too (he says with his orange badges lol), dunno what the mondeo st220 badge looks like?

i like the subtle look too

Never thought i'd hear those words come out your mouth Trev ! :giggle:

But i agree, stealth/subtle is the best way :)

Stealth is the only way to go - I did this with my previous Furby vRS ( remapped to 180BHP) & loved the looks from Beemer & Merc drivers who were tailgating me when outside lane had queue of slow drivers, & when it cleared were eating soot as I shot off to get them off my tail. ( then pulled into lane 2 once past the middle lane hogs )

Hybrid badge FTW

might work if you can trim the ST off neatly

Very GAY !!

Reminds me of these girls going round us with "SASHA" or "Sazzle" etc on the backs of their Corsa's because they found sticky letters from Halfords.

Nope, however was inspired by the boy racer 16v crew, because they have 16v and I only have 8v, theirs must be quicker huh?

I'll let some VAG-nut tell you what car they are off :)

Looks like an old Golf 1, 2 or 3 badge? The 8v one that is.

Mk2 i'm thinkin

A VRS I think would look better on steelies, with wheeltrims, and no fat bumpers or spoilers. Make them think its an ordinary 1.9SDi, then blow em away at the lights..Much funnier, and much more damaging to their pride...Especially if its a Bini (sorry for swearing there, but I do hate those overpriced German hatchbacks).

what about painting the "s" on vrs a crazy colour? Subtle yet makes people think if theyre clued up?

or the whole vrs badge orange, now who'd be stupid enough to do something like that :giggle:

How would I go about doing this

Go to a shop, and pick a colour. Then get a badge, and errr paint it :/

Oh wouldn't I need to strip it back laquer etc

I wasnt aware the badge would be painted. Just a case of painting over it, or atleast thats what I'd do (but I am abit of a pikey and do half arsed job)

Id paint one, slam it on and see how long it lasts.

But thats me mate :)
