A part off a Milltek exhaust will be only worth anything if the person has the rest of the exhaust , as the bore size will be different

Yes , they all have part numbers on

They also have a batch number , but hey , cant help with that

That is the front section of a 1.8T , like the octavia , golf 4 and Leon

If is the MSVW167 , it means there is a front box on it too

So it is resonated one
