Also notice in new brochure that "retractable parcel shelf" is listed as £50+VAT option for all models- in what way is this different to "removable parcel shelf"? :S

D E is dreiachsiger ellipsoid (in german) three module headlight. Presumably side lights, headlights and main beam in one unit.

So why use smoke and mirrors to confuse poor punters who dont have the advantage of being multilingual- for some reason when I was at School they thought it was ok to teach us French and Latin!- although now I think about it they werent strong on IT either

Perhaps simpler to say it is a Projector system like a Xenon rather than a large reflector. May be a small lense but the projector still provides a large light output.

I think the removable parcel shelf is a one piece solid item suspended from the boot when open by two cords, while the retractable cover does just that and when removed takes up less space.

My understanding is that if you have the electric tailgate it already has the retractable parcel shelf whereby when the shelf partly retracts (moves forward)to allow easier access into the boot space as the tailgate opens.

Therefore the "retractable boot shelf" as an option only applies to the manual tailgate.

The parcel shelf is of course removable for all variants.
