Yeah...mines set at full whack too. It does a full scan at 03:00 every morning.

BTW...do you use google desktop search? I ask because when I installed Nod32 yesterday, I got a message form google search saying that it would not be able to run properly with the new AV software, and I would need to uninstall one of them.

Cheers

Which one will you keep? :rubchin: :D

I'm still in two minds about getting it - because avast has never let me down I know I'm only thinking of upgrading for the sake of it...probably will though :thumbup:

Just a quick update...At the moment, Google Desktop Search will definitely not work with Nod32...just thought I'd let you know.

Google did offer a solution though...simply uninstall Nod32, and all will be well...good solution

I only use Google on demand, and I havent had any probs with that and Nod32. However, whilst I have Nod32 running real-time that only applies to Imon,Dmon and Amon, the full system scans I do manually when I choose, never automated.

(Imon scans emails, Amon scans net traffic etc, and Dmon scans documents)

If you have any problems or question on Nod32, head on over to the support forums which is here..http://www.wilderssecurity.com/.

It is an excellent collection of security programs, subjects and brains.
