Featured Replies

Hello all,

Due to a recent upgrade, to another Acer Netbook, I now have for sale my reliable Acer Aspire One Netbook.

Spec as follows:

White Acer Aspire One A0A150 (ZG5) - Bw

Intel Atom N270 processor

8.9" CrystalBrite WSVGA LCD Display

1GB DDR2 Ram

120GB SATA Hard Drive

Card Reader

10/100 Base T LAN

802.11 b/g WLAN

3xUSB ports

Webcam

VGA out

It currently has JoliOS installed on it. This is a very easy to use Linux operating system that can be read about here. It connects to my wireless network no problem and plays You Tube videos, BBC iPlayer and music from Grooveshark with no problems. Like all other Linux distributions it can be customised with your own choice of programs like Pidgin Messenger, OpenOffice, Thunderbird, Opera and even Angry Birds.

If you'd prefer another Linux OS, like Ubuntu or EasyPeesy on it then that can be done for you.

The Netbook originally came loaded with Windows XP. The COA, which is still visible, is on the underside of the netbook so if you had the correct media you could reload Windows XP. I have also trialed Windows 7 and this ran without a hitch.

It is in a reasonable condition. The screen itself is in good condition however the screen bezel has scratches. It comes in its original box with all documentation. I purchased a new power adaptor for it and fitted a replacement keyboard as the original had a key missing.

Included in the sale is an unused lock(no longer boxed), 10" sleeve and a matching white 2GB USB stick.

If you are looking for a small, mobile netbook for internet, email, light office use then this is ideal.

Looking for just £99 payable by PayPal(Gift) and this includes postage.

If you would like any more info then don't hesitate to ask or drop me a PM.

Open to offers.

Not sure where to price it to be honest.

Looking at eBay they go for a range of prices.

Was this imported from US?

Was this imported from US?

No. This was purchased from my local Tesco store by a work colleague. I took ownership of it from him recently.
