No, the 3m vinyl stuff isnt very good and would have lifted off this after a week. Its a very good quality material and a top grade professional wrapping vinyl which should last a VERY long time :)

just a warning...the 3m stuff isnt great quality and might start peeling off after a while...

A torq screwdriver I'm sure that's it. There might be one spanner nut. It's been that long since I took it off lol

what are you on about, I did my whole Audi A8 L interior with the stuff and it never peeled off, it's the best stuff on the market. I had the roof of the A8 applied by a professional wrapping company and was on the roof for over a year in all weathers without any problems at all.

For certain plastics it won't adhere but this is rough textured stuff like on the dash of the fabia, and If any problems occur use the primer ( DP-900N ) it won't go anywere with this applied before wrapping.

I hope your not using the inferior italian made APA Film that has been passed off to alot of wrappers like raccoon and totally dynamic, the stuff is crap and very thin. ( Big name wrapping companies are using it, unless people specific they want 3M DI-NOC. Reason they use the APA is because it's very cheap per metre, and good for there profit margins.

AVOID APA FILM

DI-NOC for the WIN

I'd be impressed if you actually had a grill surround moulded in real carbon but wrap is just tacky and pointless, it's like wearing fake jewellery with fake diamonds, I just don't get it. :( I can understand wrapping stuff in another colour or a pattern but I don't see why people want to make it look like carbon when it isn't, someone will spot it and at first glance think it's carbon and then realise it's actually just fake wannabe carbon because the owner couldn't afford the real thing. Pfft, each to their own.

No less than 24k gold and pure brilliant A class cut of diamond for me thanks. :dull: anything less is just fake and are just for chavs, obviously.

Come on, its only for style, its not for fooling the lesser informative that its a hardcore racecar with carbon fibre. imo the lesser it is to achieve the same 'style' effect the better.

Colour coded looks better but doesn't last as long as this stuff.

i always thought the 3m stuff was the best.

tools..

torx set..8mm spanner...few screwdrivers to prise the grill surround locating tabs apart.
