hi i need so advise my skoda fabia has been a fantastic car but it developed a fault when i used the code reader it said 17911 load signal from alternator i replaced the wire from the connector plug that had broken off in front of the gearbox but prior to that the battery light no longer works ? it has been connected right but i cant understand why it does not work i checked the charge on the alternator its charging ok is there a fuse that could have blown because i cant hear the relay click inside the car any more?

just an update i found out the problem it was the connector the one no the back of the alternator i must have pulled on the wires too hard while making a new connection down below all is sorted now
