Well, hello everybody, im kev, from manchester, looking to be buying a Octavia Vrs in the near future, have to sell my scenic first though, never owned a skoda before, so as a result ill be on here a lolt! researching, asking questions, generally making myself known in this new forum.

So ill have a budget of around 2000 quid, hopefully getting an estate,(have 2 dogs you see!)

Is there anything that goes wrong with these cars that i need too know about?, common probs? niggles, general things really. owned a volvo t5 in the past, but was stung big time on that one, (was a lemon!) so, not making that mistake again, look forward too hearing from you all, hopefully attending some meets, commenting on your threads and just making new friends,

The Octavia vRS is a cracking car, my father in law had one.

Not sure on problems but sure someone will be able to advise on the octy!
