vRS Interior

Featured Replies

I'm growing very concerned, I think there could be something wrong with myself and my wife's taste. You see we recently viewed a Candy White mk2 Fabia vRS with Black Alloys and really liked it. Nothing unusual there you might think but.. it had tempo red seats! We have done some research and out of 29 cars for sale on auto trader only 2 have red seats? Are we dangerous anomolies who should never be allow to consider the occupation of interior decorators, or does anyone actually like the red trim with a white car?!

Edited by RobL

i never even noticed what seat trim the one i look at had. I went for the grey trim I think. i actally cant remember. the good thing about white, is its a neutral colour so everything will match

Red seats in the white car didn't look right to me either.

Ordered it with the grey instead.

Sounds nice, might go with my pinstripe flares and cheesecloth shirt.

Nothing wrong with red I have ordered them with silver paint and black roof :giggle:

Glad someone else likes the red interior. In the brochure pictures or online the grey interior looks quite smart and stylish, but after seen a few in reality, I think the opposite.

I like the idea of a bit of colour lifting the interior and I like the red. However I do think the red takes soemthing away from the VRS logo on the seats. I'm waiting till I see a red interior for real before making up my mind.

Agreed fast cars with some sort of red interior go together

Jalalbad can't view says you need to be a member/logged in ?

Weird, never even knew you could get red seats.

Mine are like black(ish), with red stitching and the VRS logo, thoughts that what they all were.

Learn something new everyday :)

Stu brochure offered grey or red trim when you order the car

Sorry guys can't seem to upload picture directly onto here. Anyone know how to do that?

Try this Bullyboy. New to forums and not sure of how to post pics.

Stick some IMG tags round them and they'll display automatically in the thread, e.g.

Am I the only one who thinks they should have tried a bit harder with the interior? I liked the Mk1 interior and didn't have a problem keeping it clean (maybe I was in the minority there!) - but maybe a reverse of those colours would have lifted it a bit, say black bolsters and surrounds, with a lighter inlay?

Some Silver trim like on the Octavia would be good

Jalalbad and Wardy thanks for the pictures. They look good. At least I know whats coming now, the test drive car had the silver/grey fleck in it.

Cheers Guys

Really glad i've seen those pics, thanks for posting them. I ordered mine with the tempo red seats to lift the black/black/black interior but was sweating slightly as the salesman didn't know about them and had never seen one, also the picture in the Fabia brochure is too small to get a good idea what they really look like. They are quite subtle and pick up on the red brake calipers - I like.

I think they look good...though feel they should have offered a leather option....like the limited edition seats from the Octy 2..swoon!

Useful pics those, certainly. I now know all the other interior photos have been with the other colour option. I certainly know which I'd pick if I were buying one... and that's red

I think the red looks good. wish had been an option on the Octy vRS seats esp in the leather option!

Can these forums create a poll so we have votes for Red or Grey ?

Something to do maybe....

Start a new Thread and add a poll to it

My salesman was not aware of the Tempo Red option which I picked up from the Skoda web-site "Car Configurator".

When he started to enter my order on his computer he said, "you know, you're right!"
