Hi

I am having problems with the central locking with my Octavia Ambient 1.4 (2003).

If I open the boot or passenger door with the key everything opens apart from the drivers door. Even when I use the button inside the car to lock all the doors again it does not effect the drivers door (opening or locking) Also the led light that flashes when the car is locked is not flashing anymore. Could this be due to the led being wasted or could this be tied into the central locking, Any ideas of what could be causing both problems. Oh and I forgot to mention that the service warning is coming up on the dash when the car is started, but I only got it serviced a couple of months ago, could this be because the on-board computer was not reset ??
