vrs floor mats which type

Featured Replies

I have a 2007 vrs which has floor mats in but they appear to be from the old type vrs- they have holes in but no means of fixing to the large studs in the carpet itself

I'm surmising I need to order new VRS mats in stud fixing rather then twist fixing but can anyone confirm?

Anyone confirm which mats to order? I assume it's stud fixings but as the skoda site shows identical mats for each type, it doesnt help much

Thanks. Both pics are for the same mat

You appear to have twist to secure mats. My car is 2007 but they are different and press onto the fixed floor studs.

You need stud fixing type. The mats you have at present are the twist fixing type, hence they don't fix down. I've just ordered an identical set to what you need from AMS parts website, run by site sponsors Allams. Put briams10 (NOT brisams10 as incorrectly stated elsewhere on this site!!) in the offer box at checkout & you get another 10% off!!

HTH :)

But with them you only get rears not a sett

I've got a new (last week) vRS and I'm wondering if these mats are suitable (I have the stud type). I assume they haven't changed the shape of the floor pan?

Rich

Nope, should be a perfect fit.
