I contacted them months ago about when they will be importing and selling the HEX-USB+CAN package which caters for any VAG vehicle and can be used on any PC/laptop. After an initial reply indicating that it would be available soon, follow up queries form me have been ignored. I am unimpressed with that lack of customer service.

HEX-USB+CAN is definately available, i have one myself, and a great bit of kit it is Hope you can get a group buy going. I dealt with [email protected] for mine, not sure who you have mailed. Worht a try i would suggest.

UK price? I was considering buying one direct from Ross-Tech but its not cheap at $349 excluding shipping, duty, VAT etc.

I got this at the CAN cable for this price as they didn't have any of the other ones in. So i got lucky i guess. I didn't import one as i have been stung for duty before. I think the CAN cable should be an extra
