Need cupholders...

Featured Replies

Hi,

Are some of these cupholders worth the £35+??? :wonder:

Which is the best one? I saw some Lupo ones on this site. They looked brilliant.....been trying to find a part number on them but cant...

I'm just getting peeved having to keep the drinks on the carseat whilst driving!

EDIT: Part number 6X0 857 558A 01C.....

Now where to find one!!!

We have Polo cupholders in both our Fabias. I also have a single-DIN stereo, so have my cupholders in the upper slot, which means they're further away from the gearstick, and hold the cups a bit more upright.

I have the Polo cupholder in my. . . Polo :o Anyway, it's alright for 330ml cans, but anything else starts to get a bit bouncy and I'm too sure I'd want to trust its strenght with heavier items bouncing round in it.

That said, the softer Flabia may not suffer from the bouncing as much.

Would I spend money on it though? No, never, just not strong enough IMO.

What do you want to put in it?!?! Mine's fine with travel mugs and 500ml cans (Relentless, not Stella! :giggle: )

500ml Fanta/Ribena etc style bottles. Not too taxing really. Maybe it's cos it's an earlier design? Either way, I don't use it.
