I wondered if anyone can tell me where the Cam and Crank position sensors are on a Fabia 2001 and any part numbers if possible. The code for the crank sensor keeps coming up but i think we changed the Cam sensor, not sure of the difference!! :

What engine size and type, reg of car etc info needed first please!

Most crank sensors are fitted to the top off the gearbox bellhousing where it meets the engine block. You will have to dig around the wiring and pipes in that area until you find it, should have a couple of wires going to it and will only be 3 or 4 inches long.
