Can't Post Photos -Only Links

I'm trying to post photos from my Flickr page but I keep getting an error -

"You are not allowed to use that image extension on this board."

I'm clicking the Insert Image button on the tool bar in the topic editor and when I press submit it gives me the above error.

Can anyone help me sort it out?

Try picking one of the 'sized' photos to link to instead of one on the landing page.
