Hi,

First an apology - I know this is not about a skoda but ...... I do own an Octy 2 and help on here has always been great

I have a Year 2000 Seat Leon 1.6. The wife was clearing her stuff out of it as we are getting rid of it this week, and she has knocked the drivers seat side air bag connector resulting in a little green wire hanging out - tried to reset it with VCDS but light wont go out - if i shove the wire bag in will the bag blow? anyone have any experience of this? Advice? Maybe how to tell the car to ignore that one airbag using vcds? As i said im getting rid out it later in the week so dont want to spend any money

many thanks

Disconnect the battery and shove the wire back in and then try clearing the code with VCDS....hopefully that will sort it
