Spacers

Featured Replies

I've never fitted or used spacers before so can someone tell me where I can get them from? I want 15mm for the front to clear Brembo's and see how they look. I'll also try them on the back so I can see whether to go for 10mm, 15mm or 20mm.

Where should I buy them and exactly what do I need? Will I need to buy longer wheel bolts? If so, where from, how long and so on?

Like will these be OK?

Is 57.1mm the correct centre size for my Spiders? Will everything fit OK and are they safe?

Oh and has anyone fitted 10mm+ spacers to a low Fabia on 17" Spiders? How did it go? Reckon I could get 20mm?

You can't go less than 15mm on the back with hub centric spacers as they aren't deep enough to sit flat on the disc.

10mm/15mm is probably about right (I'm running 10mm/20mm but non vrs) best have a look on eBay tonnes on there or call DPM.

For longer wheel bolts you need 30mm for the standard bolt plus whatever with of the spacer. So 15mm spacer you need a 45mm bolt. You may be supplied a longer bolt that has to be cut down.

57.1 is the correct centre bore.

Iv got some Shark Performance spacers on mine. 10mm front and 15mm back running 16's on weitec coilovers. would like another 5mm front and back but these dont put too much strain on the bolts and hubs so these are great for me :)

On my last Fabia i ran 15mm upfront, and 20mm rear, but that was on 16's, and they sat perfect.

Not sure about on 17's though
