Seat Arosa

Featured Replies

Just been looking around the net and was wondering - does anyone know what style of wheels came as standard with the Seat Arosa Sport???

My bird's had one from brand new, but the wheels it came with don't seem to be on ANY other Arosa Sport we've ever seen or found?!?

Anyone have any ideas?

I thought they were a bit like small chunky versions of the vRS "spider wheels"...8 or maybe 10 spoke...?

Rob.

one did come out with white multi spokes, but this was a rare thing iirc,or may just have been the "sport" concept looked nice all the same :wrthless:

Hm. I managed to find someone else's (from seatenthusiasts) Arosa Sport with the same wheels as my birds. Seems Seat released some of the last model Arosa Sports with the previous models alloys. They must've later redesigned the wheels and that's what my bird has....will post a piccy at some point.

Mumphie - do they not look like these?

They're 195/55 (I think) R15 and look quite nice on a small car.

Haven't seen many other Arosas with these wheels...

Those wheels are from the MK3 Ibiza Sport.

Interesting! They came "as standard" on our Arosa. As I said, someone else on seatenthusiasts has them, too, so it can't have been a dealer mod. The problem is, the Arosa Sport is such a damned rare car, no one seems to know anything about them.

The Seat dealer we bought it from folded 18 months or so ago, but a new one opened up last year. We went to find out a few things, and they were VERY interested in her Arosa Sport, saying that they'd never seen one before... :D
