Hi there

Bought a silver 2007 Fabia vRS back in October from a Skoda dealer with the approved used thing. Loving it so far with only a wheel refurb and repaint to metallic grey and a new headunit done so far.

Have to admit the vRS is a bit of a change after my last car which was a big, old Merc CL500 V8! The Fabia is more of what I am used to with a selection of Punto HGT, Clio 172, 182, 182 Cup, Golf GTi, Focus STs as the background on four wheels.

Car is under warranty until August and then might consider some chipping etc but content for the time being. Love the 'But it's a Skoda hatchback, it can't go that fast...' reaction you get from various reps driving the Audi A4, BMW 318d etc out there when they get dusted.

Only issues so far are the various rattles and buzzes from the insides...as a previous Renault owner I am used to that though! I think my double-glazed, hush-quiet Merc with inch thick carpet spoilt me to expecting all cars are silent when doing 90mph.
