was driving home from work today and skoda rang me... asked all the questions about am i the owner etc etc.. they said that my VRS is one of the good ones around with it being low milage. its a silver 04 plate with 40131 on the clock, its been serviced every 4000 miles upto 27722 then 39233.its had the brakes,cambelt,elements,oil,filters etc etc.

also i am going to test drive the new fabia vrs too. am not really bothered about selling mine just wanna drive the new one :yes:

Oooh I will be interested to see the outcome of this one Sounds like they are 'warm calling', but if your car is modified and 7 years old, I would have thought they would put it out to an auction rather than sell it themselves. Enjoy the test drive, but I think you shouldn't expect too much from the dealer I'm afraid. I hope to be proved wrong though

hi, went today to test the new fabia vrs... erm not really sure what i think about it!! its really wierd being a auto but 7 speed com'on you dont need that many gears in a car.ive only got 6 in the lorry i use for work!! its was a blue one with white roof and alloys. to me dint like that one made it look cheap with the white roof and a new mini!!! black roof! goes with everything!

Thanks, I am interested to know mainly because of the age of your car and it's modifications, whether a dealer really does want vRS's that much. I am sure it's a fine car, but when I was selling, it was the sort of car we probably would have sent to the block :(
