Hi, does anyone know where I can get a replacement curved rear wiper blade for a 2004 Mk 1 Octavia ?

There seems to be no 16" pattern wipers made with the slight curve - or maybe someone knows where I can get one?

How much is the genuine skoda part?

Any help appreciated!

Thought the Octavia had a straight blade on the rear and a curved one on the front passenger

Rear one from 53 plate on is curved. I think that the only place is from the dealers, they're only about £6 though.

Only place I could find one was at a Skoda dealer.

I had it fitted during a service at a cost of £5.75 plus vat. Part number S1U9955425B

16? My original blade was 11 but I had to get new arm fitted by a dealer which was bigger and used a 13 inch at the back now.

not sure what is standard on the octy.... but:

Halfords part list will tell you 11" is the rear wiper W11

Actually 16" will fit nicely and do a better job imo. did it today. enjoy!

oh, and its just a random 16" off the standard halfords shelf, £7.

Yes but the 53 platers on have a slight curved blade.

I'm probably going to have to get one from the stealers, but for future reference, once the dealer stops producing certain parts, where do we get the part from then?

My 2005 had a curved blade and the wiper arm covered the whole blade. My 2002 model has the conventional flat blade.

Had some right problems with this today! I finally got the right wiper blade but now it gets stuck mid wipe.

I got annoyed with it in the end so I removed the entire wiper assembly and blanked off the hole in the glass
