Well folks as i have decided not to go K04 i have removed the DV Relocation kit from my Car. So it is now up for sale. This kit is for EVOMS Intakes. It may work with other Intakes but you would need to get some silicon hosing. This kit will put the DV at the front of the engine and will save you a fair bit of money off a K04 Conversion (about £200).

OEM Parts

1 - 1K0 145 770 P - Air Pipe (Intercooler to Inlet manifold) ((Dealer price is £42.46))

1 - 1K0 145 693 B - Air Pipe (Intake to DV) ((Dealer price £42.46))

1 - 1K0 145 845 A - Pressure Pipe (Sits between the IC-IM Pipe and the DV) ((Dealer price is £15.26))

1 - 06F 145 751 - Intermediate Flange (Sits between the DV and the Pressure Pipe) ((Dealer Price is £42.89))

1 - 06F 145 710 C - Diverter Valve (Dealer Price £51.36) (the price is for a revison D but the one in the kit is a Rev C

1 - 06F 145 383 L - Bracket (to hold DV & Flange to the Engine) ((Dealer price is £6.21))

4 - N 910 848 01 - Hexagon Socket Bolt (uses a 5mm Allen Key/Hexagon Bit to screw in/out) to screw the DV and Bracket to the Intermediate Flange

Custom Made/Other Parts

1 - Wiring harness to connect the DV connection from the near the Turbo to the front of the Engine

1 - Custom Made MAF housing to connect to Intake kit & Turbo

1 - Performance Silicon Hosing piece to connect MAF Housing to Turbo

1 - Blanking plate for DV

3 - Jubilee Clips to connect hosing to MAF Housing and the Pressure pipe to the Air Pipe.

3 - I am not going to sell the kit in bits. It's the complete kit or nothing at all (sorry if that inconveniences anyone but i would end up being left with bits)

To buy all the parts from a dealer you would be looking at £200.64 inc VAT you would also need a MAF Housing, Custom harness making along with the Jubilee clips and blanking plate. so to buy all new you would be looking at around the £250-275 mark
