ive recently just got my fabia vrs remapped to 180bhp is there any mods i need, to do to ensure my car stays in one piece??

Alot of people recommend a new air intake. Ie a pd160 upgrade. But prices for this has rocketed in price recently.

With regards to driving just take it steady on start up and just before the end of your journey

Big bricky,stoney looking things, aka walls when parking along side one on a slight slope put in gear, my car decided to hug a wall for about 3 meters, not really the paint job I was after, not sure my remap caused this though???

whats the reason for that?? ive noticed on a few pictures of fabias thats been remapped that they seem to have a supporting strut over the engine???

called a strut brace...not really a noticible mod...most important is drive it sensible as your on a standard clutch and brakes etc..

thanks matt very helpful, i upgraded my clutch and got a solid fly wheel fitted as there knowen for going, but why shouldnt you floor it under 2k rpm?
