it seems as im going to try fiddle again with the height if i want to go below 40mm i need a kit ????????

Seen something similer on a ebay ad here what it says

A lowering of 40mm and more requires the mounting of torsion bars.

If a maximum lowering (from -40mm) is desired, you need to mount torsion bars, too. The set (2 bars) can be bought with us at a price of 18.00 GBP. You can find this item in our eBay shop.

Ours go from FARB to shock mount.
