Random reset of "Memory 2" of total-trip memory

Featured Replies

Hi.

Just wanted to know if you have encountered this abnormality and found a fix for it. At random distances (350-450-500 km) the memory 2 of the total trip of the onboard computer of my Octavia II FL 2010 is resetting (as opposed to 9.999km or 99h and 59 min).

I would appreciate your feedback.

Thank you.

Thank you for the answer.

I think this thred can be closed.

I find my memory radomly resets so I cant remember what I have been doing, or what I am saying- any threads on ho to fix that?

Having gone through this extensively with the dealer and Skoda UK. Non maxidot cars reset at 20hrs. Which is absolutely useless.

Skoda UK didn't give a fig.

Sorry for the negative response.

Experienced something similar with SWIMBO's Furbie. I THINK its down to the #2 Timer that resets after 99hrs & 59 mins
