I'm up for heading for there to watch and chat with other owners...

SE convoy???

that was actually meant as a South East convoy :p

I could maybe contribute towards making it a SE convoy. (special edition)

Was tempted - but got excluded for not having a Skoda any more.:giggle:

That'll teach you! :p

You're welcome at mine for a pitstop if you like Gareth.

CC is an under hour from my gaff :thumbup;

Don't think I'll track mine but may very well go along.

That'll teach you! :p

I know! How dare I sell a constant source of pain and breakdowns for a (that's jinxed it!) 100% realiable car? Madness!

Yes, more than happy to meet up and go in convoy at a legal speed.

I'm saving the speed for the track. :D

I'll be coming down the A12 and round the top of the M25.

Rather than have a look, you might as well stretch the car's legs for only 30 pounds.

Even if you don't go on track there's always some good banter around the stand. Also lots of other cars to have a nose around. You might even get a swap with someone for a whole interior like I did last year :D

Is this a general open track day or just one reserved for Briskoda members?

Best ask the original poster on the track day thread.

But a non-Skoda has already crept on the list as places need to be filled...

So anyone would be welcome I'd have though, with bringing a Skoda being a bonus. B)

edit: It's not a track day as such where you go out a few times, there is a show on and we've got a 15 minute slot about 2pm.

Ah yep found the thread on trackday section. So there will only be a 15min driving opportunity the whole day?

What do you expect for £30? :D It is a car show for which £10 is the standard price to get in, so its £20 for a blast on track. 15 minutes is what I would consider a "session" on an open pit trackday anyway, so its a fair price.

It is for Briskoda members only, but if it doesn't fill up 100% in the next 7 to 10 days, I shall be approaching other VAG clubs / Pistonheads to ensure all places are filled!

EDIT: If anyone wishes to be helpful, put a link in your signature as this posts an advert every time you post something. B)

Wasn't criticising, just asking. Sounds like a fun day for £30, might be up for it. Total track novice though!

Me too, but you need to get a first taste sometime...

And I figured I'd rather do it with similar type vehicles for 15 minutes than be stuck on a full track day with people I don't know wizzing past in supercars.

So regards the South East Convoy as there are a few of us...

Where and when are we meeting up?

Any ideas?

Sorry, thought it came across a little "how much?!"

Track novice is what this session is aimed at. The more novice Briskodians come on the session to break their race track cherries, the better it will be being amongst fellow members rather than a bunch of total track nutters (afraid I will be there though....)
