Independents in Northamptonshire/Bedfordshire/Milton Keynes?

Featured Replies

Car is due a variable in about 500 miles, and cambelt is due as well.

Does anyone know of any good indi's around? Really need somewhere that could do the work on a Saturday.

Unit 18 maybe or Jabbasport?

TTS Roadsport in Kempston, Bedford. They did the cambelt change on my Octavia 4X4 last July, the 40K service on SWMBO's FabiavRS in December, and will be doing the cambelt change on the latter next month. Highly recommended and easy to get to just off the A421 on the west side of Bedford. And they are open Saturday mornings.

Thanks for the suggestions.

Will be ringing round for prices and availability next week. Hopefully not too painful in one hit, as MOT and Tax due next month as well :'(

Unit18 gets my vote

If you dont mind a bit of travel Midland VW is very good, prices are reasonable and they are very thorough, highly recommended.

Does anyone have any recent experiences of jabba or Unit 18? I will be needing a full service on my VRS very soon and would like to take it to someone who will look after the car and do the job thoroughly.
