Well I never got a email so you must be special???? All I have is a receipt for what I paid,bloody hell I could have got one made far quicker....

Aye you only posted in there yesterday and the postman doesn't do sundays, not our fault btw ...blame the queen on that one.

Anything up to four weeks is normal. I'm sure if they could be out quicker they would be.

I'll close this, but if you need to post again do it in the other in site issues as it will get seen in there by the people that count.
