Hi All,

I own a fabia VRS from 2006 since august 2010. The has now 50000 kilometers, I did 10000 since a got it. I'm very happy with it reagrding it's my first diesel car and it's a "sport" model...

Since weeks, I noticed some noises which drive me crazy more and more. I read a lot on the forum about noise you have but as I'm french, It's pretty hard to be sure that described noises are the same as mine...

1) Front doors :

- noise in the right front door (fixed when I push on the speaker plastic = maybe its just a clips or what?

- new noise in the left front door (driver one). It's not all the time and it's not the same that the right door. It's sort of grinnnnnnng when I accelerate at low Rpm!!

2) Dashboard maybe?

- I read here and on french forum that there is a noise from behind the ventilation, but I'm not sure. What sound exactly this noise that everybody have? jsut to be sure it's the same before starting to unmount.

3) Motor supports maybe?

- When I'm driving on little streets, at low speed and the car goes over "sewer plate" for exemple, we can hear a far noise like something which bounce and I think it comes from the front of the car. Any Idea?

Hope my english is not so bad and you'll understand what i'm refering to....

Greetings mate, the third sound you are describing sounds like the console bushes - quite a common problem and an easy and fairly cheap fix. The other ones might just be loose interior trim.

Regarding trim noise, I've fixe one of the two, and will check the second one when I'll make the door leak repair.

Now, regarding the console bushes, I'm not quite sure because the noise comes too when the car is parked and when I shut down the engine... You know when shutting down, the engine vibrates a little and the noise I'm talking about is hearing at this moment....
