Skoda aftermarket remote = Meta CDL HPA ?

Featured Replies

This appears to be what Skoda charge £100 for unlucky Skoda II owners that didn't get remote CL included ?

Except its cheaper and not in that natty green colour. Looks the same to me.

So the actual manufacturer appears to be Meta systems (not the same as the original keyfob)

Is it worth doing this and then installing a CANBUS alarm - or maybe the Meta HPA full alarm model ?

Just wondering about fitting aftermarketet remote but the alarm route seemed worth considering.

Even perhaps a cheap alarm like a Skorpion SA60 but I had the illusion with the standard skoda remote upgrade it wouldn't require much splicing around with the loom or maybe that's just wishful thinking
