Is parts missing along these lines normal? turbo seems to have just gone but I am noticing theres ment to be blanking plates somewhere along the line here as I have egr delete.

That the exhaust manifold to EGR pipe. It must either be disconnected and blanket off, or you have a custom manifold, or the exhaust would be blowing like crazy.

Who did it? Have them shot! I'd not want that thing bouncing up and down and rubbing against things behind the engine. ISTR the EGR cooler has coolant connections. Maybe that's why it was left rather than being removed.
