skoda freeborn dealer southampton

Featured Replies

this is an information to all about freeborn skoda dealer in southampton. the customer service is 0 out of 100. and the way they deal with the car is 100% rip off. they charge customers by diffrent meanings and when you get your car and find the same problem, they will not listen to you saying their computer says it is something new and you have to pay extra.

honestly try to avoid this place, otherwise you will be sorry for spending huge amount and having the problem not solved.

Awful place.

If you are in Portsmouth, try Sparshatt's at Fareham or Botley, although to be fair i've heard some mediocre stories about their servicing.

Non-warranty stuff, i'd be using JKM in Copnor - much better service.

I don't think they're an official Skoda franchise holder. They don't come up on the Skoda website.

When wife was looking at Octy/Fabia 3 or so years back we went there and were underwhelmed by the sales staff.
