Diamond silver - wanted a red one (mainly because my previous car was silver) but wanted back on the road again - went to see the one I've got just to pass the time of day and ended up buying it (previous owner had it four years, full main dealer service history, £5k from a dealer so got a warranty) - these factors counted more than the colour to me.

i very nearly bought a yellow 1, before deciding on my old favourite silver...

I did the same poll a couple of years back.

Came to something like the following conclusion.

They sold appox. 12,000 vRS Fabia's in the UK including the LE.

Taking the results that I got as a sample, and scaling it up based on Blue being 1000 you get near the following.

1000 Blue

1500 Yellow (Even rarer per shade)

2000 Red

3750 Silver

3750 Black

TBh, though.. I actually like to think that THey sold less than 1000 yellow vRS's (in total, let alone shades)

p.s. As a un related side tit bit.. they only sold around 1000 Lupo GTi's over here as well, so each different colour of those in in the 100's.. especially the Stone grey shade, super rare!

I thought Gti Lupo's were rare, i just happen to pass 2 on way to work everyday though strangely lol

I voted Red, as thats my current colour.

But my 3 previous vRS's have been Black Magic
