Anyone else looking forward to Gran Turismo 4 as much as i am??

Ever since i found out the fabia Vrs is going to be one of the cars in it i have been

I already know im going to have 2, one exact replica of mine (of course) and one tuning beast.

I am sitting at work (its boring) thinking about all the cars i can compare it to, its going to be great

Few other thoughts...

I think its the first time a diesel has ever been in Gran Turismo so i hope they have spent extra time making it feel right

I wonder what 0-60 / 0-100 times will be possible in the game.

I bought a ps2 steering wheel at the weekend in preparation

Hope i dont seem overexcited but i have owned every GT so far and have never owned a car in it....until now.

Are you sure the vRS is in it? I saw a list of all the cars in it last night and I didn't see any Skodas? :confused:

there are no skodas in the us or japan versions of GT4. have not seen a definite euro list?

I wouldn't get your hopes up matey, as you I was looking forward to the Fabia (and any other skoda) being in the new game, but current info would lead me to believe that there are no skoda's in the line up.

Shame really as there is just too many verisons of the same car in some cases!

Just looked at a few lists on the net, some definitely include skodas but as you say it might not be the latest information...

i guess it would make sense if they arent in the US or Japan version as they dont market skodas there n e way.

I used to really like peugeots when i had a 106, but they have lost the plot totally. At least the 1007 isnt in the game! Who needs gullwing doors when you can have sliding van ones
