If you look closely, you will see the line that the anchor is attached to. :D

Does anyone know if GT4 will have skid marks???

Not a weird Y-front related question - but I really think that the ability to leave big black stripes along the road after a powerslide/burn-out would be the icing on the cake.

???

Anchor? Hmm.. just thought of a use for a fabia shell - JASON!!!

:D

What do you mean they don't handle?

My dad used to say that the GLT stood for Great Lumbering Tank! As is was about as heavy and graceful as one :D but saying that I do have a soft spot for the old volvo's I blame my parents!!

I think the Model T Ford in it might be a hoot to drive, especially if you can tune it.

I'd near enough gauruntee that it will. GT3 had skid marks so I very much doubt they'd take it out of GT4. :D

I just wish they'd hurry up and release it! Anyone know why the date's been put back *again*? Now showing up as 9th March

This is driving me mad.

Looking at this image, I'd say they are very much still there....

I know its been a long time coming which sucks but im glad they havent rushed it kinda, 700 cars is amazing.

Those graphics look lovellyyy

It's more the fact they obviously set themselves unrealistic deadlines, so the punter keeps getting disappointed as the release date keeps slipping. And what's the current situation with the online gaming mode?

Steve

There isn't one...

Its interesting to note that they have not included Skoda in the list but have also left out Ford, who were in the original and I would expect to be in this one (with the GT). Perhaps this definitive list isn't definitive after all.

Thats just the list of european made cars, ford is in the american car 'Village' on the game...and there is obviously a huge Japan 'village' also.

and the gt40 is on there, nice

no online play but there is a multiplayer from what i remember for linking ps2's

and there is a system using x-link to create a VPN over your PC and to someone else's PS2... needs some setting up but there will be Briskoda GT4 games :D

Did you have GT3 on PS2? I did and there sure weren't any skid marks! Did I have some crap 1st edition version or something? I know it lit the wheels up when you did a burn out, but no rubber was laid down at all!

must have been on the ps2 as well its only on the ps2 ;)

I've been ripped off then!

No skid marks here if i remember correctly either? And mines a later copy of GT3......

My first edition copy (which got pinched) didn't skid either?

I'm pretty certain you could see the racing line round corners from other driver's tyre marks, but couldn't create them yourself.

Steve

Landy ay ;) lol

Just tried that' date=' websense wont have any of it........drat and blast it, I'll have to wait until I go home oh well

Cheers anyway chris[/quote']

>>> Flatfour - we have websense too - try posting the whole url into google - in the setup at my place you can see Google's cached version of the info. May not be uptodate, but it's a start !

Also, tried anonymiser.com ?

I'm not really bothered about the racing line... It's the big black strips you leave behind when cornering a mustang SVT on the throttle around 'complex string' track - that's what I wanna see!!! :D:D:D

Basically, I want to hoon around like I wish I could for real!
