Cold Air From Under Glovebox?

Featured Replies

Hi, went for a spin tonight and had the heat on, but notice a cold draft coming from somewhere.

Under the Glovebox is blowing out cold air, while the vents and windscreen heater is blowing warm air?

Anyone know why this is happening??

Thanks Stevie

The only think I can think of is it's coming from the pollen Filter. However I think air is sucked in through there not blown.

Yeah, the higher the Heat Setting (1,2,3,4) the more cold air blows out.

Pollen filter missing, or cover not clipped into place correctly.

Cover was missing on mine and I had the same symptoms, check it as soon as you can as it is a cheap part too!

Hi, no it when i have heat on a high setting it sounds like theres a fan in my glovebox lol.

But that could be similiar?

Just put your hand under the glovebox with the heat setting to high if you feel cold air blowing, then its probably the same as my problem.
