Or maybe nothing has happened to you at all but instead you'll abuse and milk the system for all you can with some made up non-existant physical disability in the eager anticipation of getting a cheque through the door which will enable you to buy more cheap gold and a wall mounted 397inch plasma telly.

I've heard stories like these for No win No Fee:

You win your court case and get say £2500.

However what they don't say is the lawyer and court fees are £3000, which you have to pay.

Unless they get costs awarded against the other side. Don't they also take out insurance in case they lose or don't get costs?
