Am not an expert, but it certainy looks close to me. What's the difference(s)?

Hasn't got the mandatory safety stuff you'd need on there, such as the cutoff and plumbed in and handheld extinguisher, plus it would need to have a sump and tankguard to be useful. The cage looks dodgy to me, plus it's not got door bars on it which are mandatory. And look in the glovebox if you need proof of its origins!

If it was cheap it would be somewhere to start from, but you never know what's been bodged or covered up with a car like that.

Second one is an ideal starter car!

lol, I did like the stereo in the glovebox, must be a bot of a boomer to be heard above the engine. ;)

I'd consider the other one, but cash and space are not in abundance really, and I can't see the company being happy with me whizzing round the estate in it either ;-)
