@BobRoy - it might also be worth adding where in the country you are as a local member with VCDS might solve this quicker than a dealer...

I am living in Warrington. the replacement columbus head unit was done by Warrington Skoda. it has been back to the dealer &Ialso got in touch with Skoda uk who obviously contacted Warrington, so coming up with the same response.

At the very least they can do an autoscan for you so we can see if there is anything obviously misconfigured.

Hi all, can anyone confirm that the Columbus has a 6 CD changer built in . Thx.

No, it has a single dvd drive, approx 18Gb internal hard drive for music storage, and 32Gb sd card capacity.
