Thanks to the very lovely young lady at Flux who I have dealt with today.

I rang to change my policy to cover my new car, a Fabia VRS.

The computer was down when I rang, young lady said she would call me back later, & she did!

Sorted my cover, got me a decent rate & generally gave me the impression that she cared about the customer

My third year with Flux & the above experience is among the reasons why.

They also knock the comparison sites into a cocked hat!
