Ok so i really need your help here!

My car is coming up to 100k and i want to, as well as service, maintain it.

So, along with oil and filter what else can i do? Bits i notice are that the charcoal cannister ticks alot when it's warm and the back of the car rattles a lot. I've got a hum from the rear of the car so i'm going to have both wheel bearings replaced.

I'm not really sure what else to do - any suggestions?

charcoal canister ticking when hot is normal - don't worry about it.

you should be able to also do plugs, air filter, pollen filter, fuel filter, might wanna do gearbox oil (use vag stuff)

suspension refresh? Dog bone mount, mine was split when it was replaced this week.
